Student-Professional Looking for flatmate

Hello,

Currently transitioning from my final year of studies into professional practice in the next few months. Looking for a flatmate/room with flatmate in the Dundee area, specifically around the west end.

I have a job secured in Angus so I would be commuting there daily, so would be out the flat during the week 7am-5pm ish.

I play rugby, enjoy listening to music and going to gigs in my spare time and have lived in flatshares throughout uni so appreciate some people like to have their own space or enjoy socialising in shared areas. I am open to either but would like someone to socialise with. I am a clean tidy and respectful flatmate.
