Aussie newcomer seeking a cosy, social flatshare

Hi! I’m Kait, 32, originally from Australia.

I’ve just arrived in Edinburgh after spending the past two years living in Banff, Canada. I’ll be working full-time on the front desk at a hotel in Haymarket, I’m looking to keep my bus commute to work within 30 minutes. I’m available to move in from April 18th. Ideally, I’m looking for a room with a 1-year lease.

I’m easy-going, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a balance of being social and having my own downtime to recharge, and I really value a friendly, relaxed home where people can chat and hang out, while also respecting each other’s space.

Outside of work, I like staying active (hiking, gym, snowboarding), and I also enjoy travel, cooking, baking, films, art, and the occasional board games night.
