31yo professional looking for bike friendly home

Hi there, I'm looking for an affordable place to live in or around Swansea in order to be closer to work. I'm reliable and responsible, and generally pretty quiet. I enjoy cooking whilst listening to music on an average work night. My main hobby is mountain biking so the house will ideally have a secure garage to house expensive bicycles, and somewhere to charge an ebike with a non removable battery. I ride 2-3 times a week after work and or on the weekend. The house would also ideally have outdoor taps for bike/car washing. To talk a little more about myself, I enjoy travelling, I spent a year living in Italy, and around 4 years in Spain. I am fluent in Spanish language so I'd be ecstatic to find a Spanish speaking housemate! I'm ready to move in asap, I'm currently commuting to work which takes an hour and 20 minutes. Oh, and I'm a cat guy.
