Professional musician seeks double room

I am looking to move sometime during the first half of May. I am a musician and earn most of my income teaching classical guitar and producing records. I work largely from home at a desk with a laptop computer editing and mixing recordings I make out on location away from home. I do occasional small bits of recording from home, but this is rare. I can set up my working space in my bedroom, which is why a double room would be necessary, otherwise a single room with another work space would likely be needed. I also teach guitar and usually go to people's houses to teach, mostly in Totnes, or I teach online. Very occasionally someone might come to me for a lesson, but this is usually about once or twice a month. The music I make is quite peaceful and soulful acoustic guitar music. When doing production work I have a small studio set up with monitor speakers, but I can work in headphones if it is at all disturbing for anyone in the household.

I have travelled a lot and love people and music and art and food, and generally get on well with most people. I love to chat and have good company and share food, but also like to have time to myself and appreciate solitude. I love nature, going for walks, and visiting the beach. I love plants and flowers, have a passion for natural herbal medicine and traditional ways of life and folk culture.

At the moment I pay £530 a month including all bills, but can stretch to £600 or even potentially £650.
