I’m a live-in finance professional working in Canary Wharf, looking for a respectful, clean, and easygoing housemate to share my home with.

There are three modern double room options available (£800–£1,100), and I’m currently offering to provide a large 4k TV for the room.

The house has been recently renovated and has a bright, modern feel throughout. It’s a calm, quiet environment — ideal for someone who values a comfortable space to relax after work or study.

While this is a room-only let, the home is well maintained with shared areas that are kept clean, tidy, and comfortable for day-to-day living. There’s also a landscaped garden and a private summerhouse gym, which you’re welcome to use.

It’s not a busy or crowded house, well-kept home with a good balance of privacy and shared space.

I also enjoy eating out, cinema, comedy, theatre, and the occasional social outing.

At home, I prefer a calm, clean, and relaxed environment. It’s not a party house — more a space to unwind and recharge — but I’m friendly, easygoing, and always happy to have a chat. I also respect personal space and like a good balance between social and quiet time.
