25 y/o professional looking for a room

Hi, I’m Patrick - 25, originally from Ireland and just moved over to Glasgow for work as a software engineer.

I’m looking for a flat/room on a budget around £700/750 a month in a relaxed, tidy place with people who are easy to live with. I’m pretty laid-back during the week with work, gym, and the odd quiet night, but always up for a few pints, a gig, or just a bit of craic at the weekend.

I play a bit of music (piano/guitar), so you might hear that now and again - nothing mad, just a few tunes. I’m clean, respectful of space, and easy to get along with. Not into a party house midweek, but not boring either.

Ideally looking for somewhere with a good balance - people who are social but also do their own thing.

Open to different areas, just want somewhere with a good vibe.
