I’m a 27-year-old working professional in affiliate marketing, moving to London for a new job. I’ll be in the office most of the week (around 4 days), so I’m out and about during the day.

I’m pretty easygoing — I enjoy a chat, the occasional shared dinner or glass of wine, but I’m not a party-every-week flatmate and do value my own space as well. Big fan of a calm, comfortable home where everyone feels at ease.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces (not in an intense way, just the normal kind!). I cook most of my meals and like keeping things fairly organised.

Ideally looking for a long-term place with no live-in landlord.

I’m open to a single or double room from 15/05/2026, with a budget of up to £1,100pcm. I’d love to share with females, ideally aged between 24–40.
