Hey!
I am a 25 yr old Professional who is currently living a 15 min walk from the train station in Leeds City Centre.
My current flatmate is moving out from mid June, so I am looking at my options of moving into a new place or for someone to take over her tenancy.
I require a double room with my own bathroom preferably doesn’t have to be ensuite. Budget with bills and council tax included £850.
I work 2 days from home per week so I prefer chill evenings in the week, but I do have the option to work flexibly. I go to the gym 3/4 times a week so my weekdays are quite busy but more than happy to socialise on weekends:)
