I am friendly, clean and respectful Professional who needs a affordable/low cost studio space. I am happy with clean, reasonable self contained space. With all bills included where possible.
I have had experience of living in rented studio apartments/1 beds and I have the upmost respect for them. This also includes keeping space, clean, safe, no more than 3+ visitors at any given time if studio and no parties if 1 bed flat and treated with the upmost respect. I do not smoke or do drugs and I am a respectful + considerate neighbour.
