Moving to the island summer 2026

Married professional moving to the Island for specialist scientist training at Nobles hospital.

I would ideally like to be within walking / cycling distance of the hospital or near bus routes. I will only look into getting a car if it becomes absolutely necessary.

I am generally quiet and tidy. I spend a lot of my downtime outside, at a gym, reading in bed.

It would be nice if you were amenable to my wife staying on the occasional weekend. Alternatively, if the cost of shared rent is cheap enough, I could spring for the occasional hotel / Airbnb.

I don’t have pets but would love it if you had a cat 😊
