Spanish girl looking for a social flat

Hi, I’m Elena, a Spanish data analyst living in London. I moved here last year for my master’s and I’m now looking for a flat that feels like home.

I’m friendly, tidy and respectful, and I really value a clean, calm and cosy environment. I enjoy spending time with housemates, but I also appreciate my own space. Outside work, I love running, Pilates, coffee spots, brunches, music, and quiet evenings at home.

I work fully remotely, so I’d like a room large enough to fit a wardrobe, a big bed, and a desk comfortably. I’m also allergic to pets, so I’m only looking for pet-free flats. Ideally, I’d prefer a female flat, with other young professionals.

I’m looking for a large room in Zones 1, 2 or 3, with a budget of up to £1,100 excluding bills or £1,250 including bills. Ideally, the flat would have a living room, washing machine, and no more than 3 or 4 people in total.

Bonus points for a dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, or a location on the Victoria or Northern line.

I’d love to find a warm, friendly home with respectful people who enjoy making the space feel homely.
