Looking for room in a house share

I’m in search of a room and open to house shares or a lodger arrangement. I’ve been living in Stoke Newington over 10 years and would love to stay in the neighbourhood if I can, but with increasing rent prices that might not be possible, so I’m open to find something a little further. Very happy to buddy up too. Also, I’ve found a super lovely flat in the heart of Stoke Newington that my friend and I would love to take on but we need to find one more- it’s small with no living room but gorgeous in other ways with a balcony, new kitchen and a bathroom with bath- if this sounds of interest too, would love to hear from you. I’m a professional Chef, cooking at a beautiful Italian restaurant and have other creative practices alongside my work including art and writing. The space where I’m living is important to me and love spending time making it a great place to be. I am looking for a double room, ideally with a little space for a yoga mat for my daily practice and I have a couple bits of furniture I’d like to keep. I am available to move from 01/05/2026
