Room Needed in Rugby Area

Hello reader! I’m a single professional currently looking for accommodation in the Rugby area due to starting up work. I am interested in furnished rooms, but unfurnished works just as well (bills included is favourable). I describe myself as easy-going, having a tendency to keep to myself but am easy to work/live with. I don’t have any prerequisites for potential house mates, other than keeping the home clean.
