Moving to Brighton

I'm a 27-year-old PhD mathematician looking for a place in East Sussex from which I can commute to work (data scientist at Hastings Direct) by train about once a week and otherwise work from home. I'm hoping to find somewhere with a communal lounge and a bedroom large enough to fit my double bed and 3-seater sofa/TV setup (unfurnished preferred, happy to share a bathroom).

I do not smoke and generally do not drink unless others around me do. I am somewhat introverted and prefer a night in to a night out, but happy to socialise in quieter environments like small house parties or at the pub.

I am looking for a social houseshare with ~4 people who enjoy to cook, watch TV or game together occasionally after work.

I am easy to get along with as I am very chill, patient, tidy and considerate. I'm not the kind of person who creates unnecessary drama, and I would be looking to live with a group of people with similar temperaments ideally.
