Room required for quiet mature man.

Hi, I’m looking for a room in a reasonably quiet house and location. I am between houses and would prefer a six month stay. I love to chat and am extremely laid back with a great sense of humour. My wish list in no particular order would be, off road parking, double room, WiFi, bills included, washing machine and garden access. Obviously I expect to compromise. Preferred locations include Bovey, Chudleigh, Torquay, Haldon etc. I don’t have any, but I love dogs and adore cats. As regards references, I don’t have an employer or landlord as I have been self employed for 37 years and always owned my own home. However I can provide references from contractors that I have carried out extensive work for and long time colleagues and friends. I am happy to pay a larger deposit if required. Excuse the photos but I don’t tend to take many of me.
