Mon–Fri Room Wanted (Every Second Week)

Hi,

I’m looking for a Monday–Friday room near the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre in Broughton, where I work.

I live permanently in the Scottish Highlands and travel down to the Chester area roughly every second week. Most visits are Monday to Thursday, rarely Monday to Friday, and there will be plenty of weeks when I’m not there at all due to work travel elsewhere. I won’t be around at weekends or holidays.

When I am in Chester, I keep standard — and often long — hours on site at AMRC, so the room would get very light use. I’m quiet, tidy, respectful, and low‑hassle, and overall the room would be vacant more often than not.

I’m ideally looking for a straightforward, predictable arrangement that reflects this travelling pattern.

In terms of cost, I’m looking for a simple fixed monthly payment in the region of £200-£250 per month, paid reliably each month, even during periods when my actual usage is less than bi‑weekly. If I ever needed an additional week beyond the usual pattern, I’d of course pay for that separately.

A bit about me: I’m 41, professional, and financially secure. I live on the Black Isle and enjoy the outdoors, keeping fit, reading, and the occasional trip to music or theatre. I’m easy to get along with and sociable, but realistically I’ll be quite absorbed in work while I’m in the area.
