Professional seeking calm LT home in East LDN

Hi, I’m Rahil, a professional working at UCL (5+ years, Central London campus), with a background in archaeological science (PhD). I’ve been based in East London for the past eight years and would love to stay in the area (ideally within max half an hour cycling distance to Holborn).

Budget £1,100–£1,500 depending on setup (higher end for an en-suite or studio-style space).

I have a steady routine between work, yoga and calisthenics, and value a clean, well-kept and peaceful space. I’m very tidy and respectful, and keeping shared areas clean and uncluttered is important to me.

I’m independent day-to-day but also happy to have the occasional chat.

I enjoy meditation, interior design and creative/tech, so I naturally appreciate a space that feels considered and looked after.

I have a Brompton and a few plants — I’m mindful of shared spaces and happy to keep personal items within my room, while bringing a bit of care and warmth into the home.

I’ve been living long-term in a friend’s flat while they’ve been away, so I’m used to taking good care of a place.
