New to London looking for a flat in May

Hey everyone, I’m originally from Vancouver, Canada, but I will be moving to London on April 24th and will be looking for my first flat!

I’ll be searching for a flat from April 24th and hope to move into a place no later than May 2nd.

I’m looking for a friendly and clean house share, primarily in Northwest London to be as close to Zone 1 as possible. I’m looking for a single/double room with an ensuite.

I’d get along best with flatmates who are down to hang out in and outside the flat, but can also respect each other's alone time. I consider myself very clean and tidy and would be more than happy to do my part to keep our place as clean as possible.

I’m a big runner and love to read after a busy day. Not a big party person, but I do love a late night once in a while. Also love social nights in, like a wine, movie or board games nights!

Would be happy to join an existing flat share or buddy up with someone who wants to start a new one.

I understand that I am new to the UK without a financial history or references to provide, but I do have substantial savings to support myself for the first little bit before I find full employment and would be happy to pay 3-6 months rent in advance if that’s required.
