Master’s Student & Spouse Seeking Private Studio
Hi! I will be moving to Durham this September to begin my Master’s degree at Durham University, and I am currently looking for a quiet, self-contained home for my wife and me.
To ensure a suitable fit, I am specifically looking for a property with the following:
✔️ Property type: Studio or 1–2 bedroom flat only (no en-suites or shared houses/HMOs, please)
✔️ Occupancy: Suitable for a couple (only one occupant is a student)
✔️ Budget: up to £400 per week for both of us
✔️ Location: Within walking distance of the University’s main departments (Mountjoy area preferred)
About us: We are a quiet, clean, and responsible couple. I will be fully focused on an intensive Master’s programme, so having a private and peaceful space (with no shared common areas) is very important to us.
