Looking for buddy up

I’m moving out of my current home end of June due to a break up so looking for one or two girls to live with. I work 9-5 in Warrington as a surveyor and in my free time I cook tasty food, go to the gym and (try) get my steps in.

I am clean but won’t lose sleep over some plates in the sink every now and then so I’d appreciate people who are on the same vibe, I don’t go out much and never been a drinker, I’m more of a night in and a takeaway/movie/board game kinda gyal.

I don’t have many preferences to where I live as long as I’m no more than 30 mins away from Warrington, but do need a room big enough for a king bed and for the landlord to be cool with my cat Tiggy B!
