I'm currently looking for a double bedroom (for WFH/hybrid work) in a licensed HMO in North or East London (up to tube zone 2-3 🚇; inside the Northern Circular). 😊 Please note, I won't take any property without a contract. 📃

I've lived in Haringey, N17, in an HMO since July 2012, but sadly, the landlord wants his house back, and the tenants have recently been asked to move out before the end of May 2026, at the latest. Overall, I've lived in London since June 2008 (nearly 18 years).
