Young professional (Everton FC) seeking room ASAP

Every now and then I accomplish something

Hi! I’m 24 and moving to Liverpool in May to start a role at Everton FC (based at Finch Farm).

I’m looking for a double room in a clean and friendly house share with other young professionals, ideally in Liverpool City Centre (L1) within walkable distance from Liverpool Lime Street station.

A bit about me:

- Non-smoker, no pets
- Tidy, respectful and easy to live with
- I’ll be working mostly from the office during the week (4 days out of 5)
- Experience in living in shared flats for the past 5 years
- I enjoy sports (anything you can think of, both watching and practicing), music, travelling (when I have time), and socialising, but I also value a chill home environment, where it is easy to have a small chat with whoever is at home.

I’m looking for a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to stay, with like-minded housemates.

Move-in date: possibly around the end of May, but even earlier would be fine.

Budget: £800 (preferably bills included)
