Young Professionals looking for flat

Hi, we are Joel and Luca, 23 and 23, and we have recently moved to London to start jobs in the city. Looking for a stand alone flat in Putney, Fulham, Clapham, Wandsworth, Kennington, Hampstead or surroundings. We graduated in 2024 with masters degrees in Physics with Computing and Law from Bristol and Oxford respectively. I am currently sponsored on a 4-year PhD in quantum algorithm research with Phasecraft, while Luca is working as a Paralegal in Denton’s. We are looking for 2 double rooms, not a shared house, somewhere with easy access to the city and a good local pub scene, fitness spaces and amenities etc. for young people to enjoy. Hobbies include cooking, rugby, reading, working out and snooker. Our budget is up to £2200 pcm. Also I am a member of Lowicks, an invite-only community of trustworthy tenants.
