Hello! My name is Persia, I’m 29 years old and I am looking for a —- good sized double room —- in the Southside (g41/g42 ideal location) to share with a likeminded person/people who shares similar values and have a similar lifestyle to me. I am currently staying in a sublet near to Queens Park and really love the Southside!

I have a gorgeous wee cat called Pheebs who I would need to bring with me if I was living anywhere long term. She is very well behaved and doesn’t destroy furniture!
I am a clean and tidy person with good boundaries and would love to share with someone who might like to spend some time together in communal spaces/make food together/watch films but can also recognise when we need to have our own time/space!

I have a freelance role in administrative services and will work from home occasionally but I am out a lot working organising community events. I also just got a part time job at a pub in the southside on weekends which I am really enjoying.

I also DJ/ make electronic music in my spare time so I spend a lot of time out of the flat- but I am very respectful of my flatmates space when creating in the flat and will not be making lots of noise late into the evening/wear headphones to not disturb others. I actually often go to bed quite early (10pm haha) as I am much more of a morning person and often go to the gym/yoga/running before work!

I am Iranian-Scottish and have family in Brighton and family in Fife so I am often away on weekends visiting them too.


I would prefer to share with someone who didn’t want to host lots of parties every weekend into the wee hours haha but would love to be able to host/have friends over for dinner/drinks!

I love to cook and would love to have a flatmate I could cook with some nights but also would be happy to share with someone who prefers to do their own thing food wise :-)

I can move in any time after the 19th of April. I am great craic and I can provide character references too!
