Hi! I’m Ben, 23 from Berkshire. I’m starting a new job in the city so looking to move to the Clapham/ Balham area.

I’m looking for a sociable house/ flat share but also open to buddying up with others to find somewhere. I may occasionally be WFH so will need a desk.

I’m a very sociable and easygoing guy, I’ve lived in house shares before so I understand the importance of cleanliness and other people’s routines etc.

It will be my first time moving to London, so ideally looking for a sociable house with likeminded people of a similar age where we can all be mates. I’m happy for an all guys or mixed house.
