Budget: £1000–£1600per month (including bills).

Preferred areas include Zone 2 locations across London, as well as well-connected Zone 3 areas such as Greenwich/Blackheath/Lee and Brentford.

I’m a working professional, clean, quiet, and respectful. I keep shared spaces tidy and value a calm, well-managed living environment.

Prefer a setup with a live-out landlord or an agency-managed property.
