Tidy tech professional seeking calm flat share

Hi! I’m moving for an IT role and looking for a comfortable house or flat share.

I don’t smoke, vape, or drink, and I’m tidy, respectful and mindful of shared spaces.

My work involves a mix of day and night shifts, so I’d appreciate a quieter home when I need to rest during the day. That said, I’m a heavy sleeper and generally low-maintenance.

I rarely work from home and will usually be away for a few days each week, so you’ll have plenty of space to yourself. I’m a great fit for someone who enjoys their own space, but I’m also happy to chat or socialise when we’re both around.

Ideally place has off-street parking/driveway and no bedroom window facing a busy road.
