Clean, respectful, looking for 4-month stay

Hi there! I’m looking for a room/property from 12th April until mid-August. Ideally, I’m looking for a studio apartment or an annexe, but I would be open to a flat/house share too. A private bathroom/en-suite is a must for me. I’m super clean and tidy and will treat the place with the utmost respect. I’m not a party animal, just looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing to spend my evenings and weekends. If sharing, I’d like for my flatmate to be equally clean and tidy, friendly and respectful of each other’s privacy - but also up for a chat and drink together too!
