I’m currently looking for a room in a clean, well-maintained apartment, ideally a modern/new-build property located close to a station.

I work in insurance and follow a hybrid working pattern, so I’ll be working from home on some days. I’m hoping to move by mid-June 2026.

My preferred locations are East London (north of the river), London Zone 2, Wembley Park as well as Battersea, with good connectivity to Canary Wharf and Bank.

I’m a tidy and respectful individual who values a clean living environment. I enjoy a friendly and sociable atmosphere at home, while also appreciating personal space and a calm, considerate household.
