Hi! My name is Leah I am 28, a working professional carer, looking for a room or studio space to rent for just myself. I am currently working wednesday-friday as a special support assistant in a specialist school in Ipswich, and I also work occasionally on Mondays and Tuesdays. In my spare time I love reading, cooking, getting outside in nature, going for walks and swimming - especially wild swimming in summer! When I can I love to fill my time with trips away and me and my partner are often pet sitting around the UK.

I am a carer with 7 years of experience looking after a variety of people in care homes, people’s own homes, and school settings. The nature of my job means that I’m not only responsible for caring for people but also the home or environment they live in. Keeping a house clean and tidy is something I am very used to and is important for my own wellbeing too. I also do a lot of pet sitting, which comes with the same responsibility of looking after people’s homes and making sure I leave it as I found it for them to come home to as well. I consider myself to be the ideal tenant; I am clean and tidy, respectful, quiet, and an excellent communicator.

I have lived in Ipswich all my life, and have always lived in my family home. I would love to have my own space and to rent somewhere near the Woodbridge area as it has always been my dream place to live! I would ideally rent a studio or an annexe, but I am also open to sharing a space with housemates.

I have a long term partner Will, who is such a friendly character. He is a self-employed gardener who currently lives on his own in a caravan on some shared land! We are both friendly and sociable but also like our own space. If you like you could meet him before agreeing to my rental, and I’m sure you’d get on with him very well - I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t!
