Looking for 3bed+ flat Piccadilly or Victoria line

We're three students at SOAS university and UCL looking to move in late August/September intake for year's lease and very open to renewing contract, as we all live in London now.

We're looking for a three or four bedroom flat to share, and all of us are mature(ish) students who value downtime and quietude but are still friendly and sociable!

Adequate desk space for a PC is a must.

Ideally, having a bath would be great, and accessibility would be good (such as lifts, ground floor, etc) but this isn't a dealbreaker. Our price point is negotiable but the perfect range is 600-800pcm for each individual room. We'd like to be in commuting distance of a max 30 minutes from SOAS and UCL, so places on the Piccadilly and Northern and Victoria line are perfect for convenient travel to the university. Any bus connections like the 1, 73, 91 are fab too.

We're open to flatsharing with any kind of student or professional as long as they are clean, polite and friendly, including international students and foreign professionals, but we'd prefer to just find a 3-4 bedroom place.
