Friendly 27 y/o looking for a flat or house share

I am a trainee social worker. I spend most of my time mon-fri out the house on placement so it’s essentially like a 9-5 even though I am technically a student.

I am looking for a tenancy starting July/Aug time, budget is roughly £700 maximum £800. per month and I am looking more towards Hove/Seven Dials/Preston areas. With the ability to apply for a parking permit too.

It would be great to find people that also want to make a house a home and hang out from time to time or just watch shitty tv together etc rather than just share a space.

About me:

I am 27, love all things nature (surfing, sea dips, mooing at cows), going to gigs & reading. I like an occasional pub outing or boogie but also need a fair amount of downtime. :)
