Room / Studio flat, clean & tidy

I am a professional self employed Mechanic + Key-Mentor, male aged 32, Born in UK with Caribbean parents. I am looking for a single or double room, with en suite…if possible please and maybe a pet friendly property ONLY if it will be a long term tenancy, a year or more. I am available to move asap once all relevant checks/documents are complete. My budget is only £800pcm. I would like to share with males or females of above 21 as long as they are clean, tidy, respectful and mature.
