PhD student | Short-term/rolling | WFH | May–Sept

Hi, I’m Yvonne, a third-year PhD student at the University of Sussex, currently in my writing stage after completing fieldwork in Kenya and returning to the UK a few weeks ago. I’m looking to live in London from late April or early May to mid-September ish , ideally on a rolling or short-term/ monthly contract.

I’m a mature and clean lady who mostly works from home, and definitely not a party person at this point of my life. I’d value a calm, clean household with a small number of like-minded housemates.

I’m keen on areas with easy access to Thameslink or Southern lines for occassional travel to Brighton, such as ( but not limited to) West Hampstead, Kilburn, Willesden Green, Dollis Hill, Clapham Junction, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Budget: £700 inclusive bills.
