I’m Dylan, a landscape architect from Australia moving to London in early April for full time work. 🌱
I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing to live with. I usually keep busy during the week but enjoy socialising, exploring the city, going to the gym, and travelling on weekends. I’m not a party house person but always up for a chat, dinner, or the occasional drink.

Hi everyone!

I’m Dylan (he/him), a landscape architect from Australia moving to London in late March for work (in London from March 27). I’m looking for more than just a room, I’d love to find a welcoming, friendly home with people who enjoy a good balance of social time and downtime and might become friends as well as flatmates 😊

💸Monthly budget:
Rent only: ~£900
Including bills: ~ £1100

📍Where I’m looking:
West or North London ideally (Hammersmith, Fullam, Clapham Junction, Balham, Battersea , Bayswater, West Brompton or nearby) with good Tube access and convenient connections to Putney for work (≤60 min commute). Would also consider Clapham and Brixton

Landscape Architect working full-time (standard weekday hours, mostly office-based)

Gym, travel, exploring new neighbourhoods, design/architecture, occasional drinks, good chats. I’m more introverted at home but social once comfortable. Clean, respectful, and not a party house person. Non-smoker.
