Surveyor (Property)

I work 5 to 6 days per week. Quiet and easy going. Sociable with weekends relaxing and sometimes away visiting friends and family.
Will require safe parking for company vehicle.
I’m a property defect surveyor with a plastering trade background.
A studio type or 1 bedroom with some storage preferred with cooking facilities or large double with ensuite. If shared Quiet, and possibly with 1 other only.
Somewhere quiet within a 15 to 20 mile radius of Bolton and or north to north west Manchester.
Must have parking ensuite and quiet, rural/village sort of area preferably.
Ideally bedsit/studio or even 1 bedroom apartment considered.
