Creative looking for flatmates or a room

I’m a writer, dance artist, and general creative looking for a place in Totnes. Not perfectly tidy (but will keep joint spaces to your standard) but feel strongly about having a clean space (hoovering, not letting dishes pile up, etc). Would love to live with someone who enjoys communal living—sharing cooking, spending time together whether that’s actively doing something or just quietly being in the same space. Transmasc so please be queer or queer friendly :)
Would love to be moved in as soon as possible. I’m up north at the moment, so can’t see places in person, but happy to (and prefer to) call to see if we get on well.
I’m a lover of trinkets and bringing home cool things I found in nature, so absolute bonus if you enjoy decorating the shared living space like we’re fae or witches.
Used to being harassed by chosen family nieces and nephews whom I adore, so good with children if any families have a spare room
