Furnished Room Or Buddy Up
Hey. I have a spare room available in a two bedroom property in the Shadwell and Whitechapel area and I am looking for someone to take the second room to help share costs.
The location is very central and well connected with great transport links and easy access to the City and surrounding areas.
The flat is fully furnished and has nearly everything you would need in a household. There is also a shared living room with a dining table and a Smart TV so you can watch YouTube, Netflix, Prime and other apps. I previously had Sky but cancelled the subscription as I am rarely at home and was not really using the TV.
A bit about me. I am friendly, tidy and easygoing and I work during the week. Most of the time I am not at home so the flat is generally very quiet and peaceful. I usually leave early in the morning and come back mainly at night to rest and sleep. On some of my days off you might see me around cleaning and tidying up.
To be honest the flat will probably feel like your own most of the time because I am hardly at home. I also do not really use the kitchen as I do not cook and rarely eat at home. I usually eat out. The only thing I use the kitchen for is storing some food and utensils so the kitchen space is mostly yours.
I am looking for someone respectful, tidy and easygoing who would enjoy a calm and comfortable home environment.
I am also open to the idea of buddying up with someone to look for another place together if that works better.
