Room in a friendly house north/east wanted.

I’m Ollie - a 27 year old from New Zealand. I’m looking for a room in a friendly home from late April (flexible on dates), ideally in north or east London (dalston, Hoxton, Hackney, bethnal green, angel, Islington etc.) as I like these areas but I am open to other options!

My budget is probably a maximum of £1000 but would potentially consider higher for the right place.

I’m currently in a sublet in Haggerston which is sadly coming to an end.

While I already have friends around the city, I’m hoping to maybe make some more by moving out. I’m looking for a friendly, sociable household where we sometimes make the effort to do things together, while of course still respecting each other’s space and valuing our own downtime and plans.

I work full time professionally (hybrid).

I enjoy getting out and about, travelling, pub trips, live music, park trips, football, tennis, cooking, guitar, board games - but I’m pretty keen to at least try anything.

I’m an open minded, tidy and chill guy. I have plenty of house share experience and can provide references if needed.
