36 year old PhD student at the University of Edinburgh studying botany. I'm looking for a long-term double en-suite in the Old Town area with a maximum budget of £1000. Happy to share with anyone decent and clean. Not too particular when it comes to quiet, so long as it's respectful. Currently live on my own but find it rather expensive and a bit boring. In my free time I mostly read, do photography, haunt coffee shops, and sometimes play the piano if I get around to it.
Not looking to take over any student accommodation contracts.
