I’m a 33-year-old professional gas inspector, currently working on contracts in the area. I’m respectful, clean, and lead a disciplined lifestyle. I describe myself as a "quiet extrovert"—I value peace and calm at home but am friendly and considerate. I keep to myself and am focused on work, fitness, and personal growth.

What I’m Looking For:

· A single room in a clean, quiet household.

· Minimum stay of 1 month (flexible for longer if it works well).

· Must have parking

· Strong preference to be close to a David Lloyd gym (willing to pay a bit more for the right location).

Ideal Setup:
Looking for a simple, no-drama living situation with like-minded adults. I’m out most of the day working or at the gym, and I respect shared spaces. just need a comfortable base to rest and recharge.

Available to move in as soon as possible.
