hi!! i am a female (actually nb but who's gonna read that...) student aged 22, going into my second year of uni. i am looking for a room, no sharing, single occupancy only, in a houseshare. i’m a first‑time renter so i don’t have a previous landlord references yet. i can provide id, proof of income from sfe/job, and a guarantor (only if really needed though).
i am available to move in from september 2026 onwards and have a budget of UNDER £650pcm, and deposit also ideally UNDER £650. i would prefer to share with girls/nb ppl but i don't mind, ideally between 18 and 30 years old. i'd prefer ether a loft room or a double room with enough space for a desk + monitor.
i DO drink and eat meat. i can be loud when i'm comfortable enough, but if you need me to be more quiet, that's no problem. my sleep sched is whack so i'll probably be awake at 4 am....... i love gaming, anime, music, manga, everything :D
