Looking for a room for myself

Hi All, I’m looking for housing options to move into on April 17th in London. I am looking for a studio or a double room in a shared apartment or house. The other requirements are:

1. Fully furnished space
2. Ensuite bathroom inside room
3. Cloth drying machine or a Washing machine with dryer setting option
4. Near Central London and within 15 minute walking distance of only Underground tube stations
5. No pets

I'm looking for a short-term place for 2-3 months for a maximum stay till July 15th.

I have pet allergies, so I am looking for a place without any pets at all. I’m flexible with the budget as long as it’s around £1300 per month, all inclusive. I’m flexible location-wise in any area closer to central London that is within a 15-minute walking distance to an Underground tube station. I don’t wish to live near an Overground station or other train stations.

I am quiet, easy-going and clean and take good care of my living spaces and live a conscious lifestyle. I have lived for many years in big apartments and houses with many housemates of all genders in a LGBTQ friendly environment so I have a lot of experience in such settings, including living for 5 years in a house consisting of 8 men and women and managing common duties for the whole house in coordination with everyone to ensure that things work out well for all. I am looking for housing spaces with like-minded people to have a good social environment there.
