Tidy, Peaceful Flatmate with Elderly Teacup Yorkie

I'm looking for a quiet, clean, and peaceful flat where I can truly feel at home. I'm a very tidy and respectful person who values a calm and harmonious living environment. I work in a hybrid schedule, three days in the office and two days from home, and I enjoy a relaxed lifestyle.

I come with a tiny companion, my almost 15-year-old teacup Yorkshire Terrier. He's very small (just under 2kg), gentle, and sleeps most of the day in my room. He's incredibly quiet and well-behaved, more like a little old man than a typical dog.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place with a mature and respectful atmosphere, not a party household.
