Professional looking for a cat-friendly room

I’m a friendly, tidy professional with a small, friendly cat who will need access to a garden. She is an outdoor cat so the house would have to be in a quiet residential area. I value cleanliness - my cat Willow is very clean too and doesn’t scratch furniture. She is a bengal so barely loses any hair. Willow gets on well with dogs.

When I’m at home, I spend most of my time reading, playing video games or drawing. I like my privacy but am happy to socialise from time to time :) I work from home two days a week and spend the rest of the week in the studio I work at. Looking for somewhere to move long term.
