Seeking Room from End May, £800 bills included

I've been in London for nearly two years and looking for a calm, respectful home. I'm tidy, cook regularly (meal prep is a weekend ritual), and tend to keep fairly steady hours. I'm sociable but also value quiet time, so I'm not someone who'll be hosting loud gatherings.
Outside of work I lift weights, go on long walks, read, and paint — so I'm generally either out or doing something low-key at home.
No pets, but I love animals and would be very happy sharing a space with yours.
