Looking for a Quiet, Calm Place to Lay My Head

Hi there, I'm finishing up my Master's degree in May and will then transition into full-time work in finance based in Mayfair. On weekends, I spend time meal prepping and watching sports. To save time for both parties, please do read my ad before reaching out or responding.

About me:

1) I cook breakfast (e. g., omelets, toast, sweet potatoes, oatmeal) and do meal prep on Sundays for the week ahead (e. g., chicken, turkey, beef, roasted vegetables).

2) I don’t drink or smoke, but I do eat a lot of meat.

3) I travel light and don’t carry cookware or utensils. While it’d be great to borrow some (which I’d clean after use), it’s not a big deal if everyone uses their own.

4) I don’t bring guests over, so you won’t need to worry about strangers visiting.

5) I'm usually up around 5:15am to go the gym and will normally be in bed by 10:30pm. So no door slamming, loud music or phone calls after 10:30pm please. My schedule and regimen are very important to me, so this needs to be assured.

What I am looking for:

1) A quiet, tranquil, drama-free place to rest. I prefer living with a mature family or mature people with experience living in a shared property. Emphasis is on quiet and tranquil, so no frequent weekend parties or get-together please.

2) Assigned space in both the fridge and freezer to store my food and dairy products.

3) I'm organized, clean and courteous. I always clean up after cooking, keep shared spaces tidy, and am mindful of noise at night. Just looking for housemates who would do the same.

4) The size of the room matters less to me than cleanliness, quietness, and overall hygiene.

5) Must be a smoking-free property. Have had exp. landlord claiming to be smoking-free property but people are still smoking.

A little about me:

I spent most of my life living in the US and Canada, with a couple of years in Hong Kong and Singapore. I’m big on sports, NBA, NFL, F1 & UFC.
