Looking for a room

Hi, I’m Charlotte. I’m a 60-year-old single woman working full-time night shifts as a nurse in Dunston.

I’m looking for a room to rent as my current accommodation will be ending soon. I’m reliable, tidy, and take pride in maintaining a clean and respectful home environment. I always pay my rent on time and believe in doing my fair share around the home.

As I work nights, I do need a place where I can sleep during the day three times a week, so a calm and considerate household is important to me.

I’m very comfortable around pets (I’m an animal lover) and would be happy to help with pet sitting if needed.

I’ve lived and worked in the UK for the past 16 years after moving from America, and I’m now looking for somewhere stable and comfortable to call home.

I’m not a party person, but I do enjoy a quiet drink, a film, and a peaceful environment. Friends would describe me as kind, respectful, and private.

Ideally, I’m looking for a room near good transport links so I can easily get to and from work.

I’d ideally prefer a female household or female housemate.

I have a stable income and can provide references if needed.
