I am looking for a studio flat or a simple one bed flat/living space - single/double room
en-suite - ideal
The following are preferable although not essential -
Bathroom with a bath, washing machine, basic kitchen facilities, Wi-Fi.

Central Halesowen town centre is an essential requirement
I need daily access to Halesowen Leisure Centre and other important amenities centrally based.

I need a calm living space to care for my health prior to travelling to India.

I have a 6month contract in India.
- Teaching English as a foreign language.
I have worked hard to gain my skills and a caring role for others - in my work situations and other areas - has always been my priority.
I will be leaving for travel June 2027

Ideally i will be ready to vacate your property by 01 July 2026
A 11 month rent is my ideal requirement.
However, I can be flexible to move in sooner if ideal requirements present themselves.

All bills to be included in monthly rent please.
I am a careful and reliable tenant.
I will adhere to required contract.

Will appreciate hearing re any flats that meet my requirements - as soon as possible.
