I am a professional male aged 43. I am looking for a studio / flat with bills included. I have a budget of around £1100pcm. Ideally my partner would be able to stay with me on weekends however this may not be every Saturday. She works and lives in central London. We both are a calm, peaceful and respectful individuals looking for a quiet, calm environment to live in. I currently live with friends of whom are married. I have been at my current address for three years paying a monthly rent for a room in their house, bills included. And now feel the time to move on and live closer to my girlfriend. We do not have children or pets. Both non smokers. I am a Technician for VW, my partner is a full time nanny. I am also good at DIY and fixing items.
